SkiNet Sports.com Return Policy
Ski Net Sports will issue a full refund (less Shipping) on all
(non-Closeout) merchandise, so long as it is new and unused and returned
with the original packaging in resalable condition within 21 days of
purchase date. Unless
specifically noted, all items sold on skinetsports.com are brand new,
first quality, fully warranted and in perfect condition, including items
in the “Closeout” section of the site.
Ski Net Sports does not accept
returns on “Closeout” items.
Return your item:

To process a return,
you must call 1-818-505-1294
to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
2.
Ski Net Sports will
require the following:

Write
the RA# on the outside of the box
clearly so that we may easily identify your return for quick
processing.

Ship

You
will be refunded the original purchase price (less shipping costs) when
your return is received by our warehouse.
Important
Qualifiers

Returned packages will be refused if they arrive
without a return authorization clearly written
on the outside of the box.

We reserve the right to add a 20% re-stock fee to
packages arriving without a valid RA#.

All items must be returned in their original
condition…new and unused.

Do not mark or deface the original manufacturer
containers in any manner.

Packages must be returned prepaid.

Refunds will be made via the method in which the
order was paid.

We strongly suggest sending returns
insured for the full value
and with a tracking number to insure a full and prompt refund.

If merchandise is damaged due to improper packing
or packaging, refund or exchange may not be given.

All shipping and insurance charges will be refunded
for product shipped in our error.
When will I
receive my refund?
Credits (refunds) will be issued after Ski Net Sports receives, inspects
and processes your return, which may take up to 5 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email when your return has been
processed. Credit card
refunds can take up to 72 hrs to reflect on your statement.
Cancellation Policy:
Ski Net Sports makes every attempt to fulfill
orders in a timely manner, shipping in usually less than 24hrs.
Therefore, orders cancelled more than 24hrs after being placed
are the responsibility of the buyer and will be treated under the terms
of the “Return Policy”. You
may attempt to contact Ski Net Sports directly at 818-505-1294 to affect
a possible cancellation.
Delivery / Shipping Policy:
Ski Net Sports’ standard shipping is
FEDEX Ground. Using our
standard fee structure, we will ship only to the lower 48 USA.
We may ship to Alaska and Hawaii for an additional fee. |
